What? A 'generic' website to help raise awareness and educate consumers about constipation
Why? Embarrassment appeared to be a real hurdle in communicating to consumers about constipation. The Internet - by providing a faceless source of comprehensive information - therefore offered the ideal medium for reaching sufferers, who could learn more about the condition (and of course treatment options!) within the privacy of their own home.
How? The site was created to be as informative as possible, while positioning Senokot as the leading authority on constipation by association as opposed to overt branding. Information was included about digestive health in general, supported by animated diagrams and a digestive fitness assessment quiz to help consumers assess their own lifestyle.
